曾邕生，男，京族，辛卯年生于广西南宁市。现任中国美术家协会会员，广西美术创作院院长，广西美协副秘书长，广西南宁市民营医师协会会长，曾邕生美术馆馆长，南宁市美协名誉主席，广西文联签约画家，历任南宁市美协主席，广西青年书法家协会理事，南宁市第七、八、九届政协委员;广西区党委宣传部签约画家。
曾邕生原是著名的中医师，1996年开始以自学进身书画界。他以中国国学中的道家美学思想为指导;把河洛理数、中医五行理论、易经卦理、中国书法融入中西画法当中，巧妙的将写意中国画的精髓和西洋画的表现主义及现实主义叙事风景画的传统手法相揉合，美其名日：“易气画法”，并得到了国内美术界权威及行内人士的认可。其实他是用自己独特的艺术语言将大干世界的真善美表达出来，崇尚一种新的自然主义而己。从1996年至今参加在法国巴黎、马来西亚、台湾、日本学术交流展各一次。东盟国际艺术交流展三次，获我国政府官方举办的中国书画艺术金奖一次、全国美展银奖一次、优秀奖一次、入选全国美展五次;省级美展一等奖四次，二等奖三次，三等奖三次，获中共南宁市委、南宁市人民政府颁发最高文艺奖“五象工程奖”三次;授予优秀文艺家称号;被评为广西首府南宁绿城文化名人、广西文化名人。

1996年中央电视******具慧眼在其未成名之前，为曾邕生拍摄了个人艺术专题片《艺苑奇葩》。在书坛画苑第五十六集向海内外播放：2010年专题片《大艺术家访谈录》由山西卫视开始播放。
