李涵(1954.8—)，福建福州人。擅长中国画。先后毕业于苏州美术专科学校和苏州大学艺术学院。1999年任苏州市美协秘书长。现任苏州市职业大学美术系副主任、高级工艺美术师。作品《夺魁争先马蹄轻》入选第二届中国体育美展，《花市春早》入选首届全国中国画展，《夏日休闲图》入选第八届全国美展，《金秋市井行》入选全国中国画人物画展。部分作品为国家美术馆、画廊及收藏，有专著《吴地工艺美术》、画册《江南烟景》等出版。
艺术风格擅长工笔人物画，并在绘画风格上追求写实与个性化相结合的表现形式，尤其对人物的变形夸张有一定的研究，使之既能满足大众的审美要求，又能达到个性化的审美情趣。近几年来，在探索纸质和布质材料上的绘画表现形式得到了专家和同行的好评。
