哈斯朝鲁，男，蒙古族，1953年生于内蒙古四子王旗。1968年—1978年知青插队在四子王旗白音朝克图苏木，从事牧业劳动，民办教师十年。1978­­年—1982年考入内蒙古师范大学美术系专修中国画。1982年大学毕业后分配到乌盟蒙古族师范学校从事教学工作，1987年加入九三学社，2001年—至今调入呼和浩特民族学院工作。现任副校长、美术系教授。
哈斯朝鲁现为中国书法家协会会员，中国美术家协会会员，中国美术家协会重彩画研究会理事，内蒙古青年文学艺术家协会理事，内蒙古文史馆馆员。
1984年到现在发表、参展、出版书画、印作近千幅。其中参展“全国六届美展”、“全国首届篆刻艺术展”、“中国首届国际青年书法展”、“中韩青年书法联展”、“中国体育美展”等大型专业展览30多次。
1987年在自治区成立四十周年大庆之际，由内蒙古书协、内蒙古民委联合主办了“哈斯朝鲁蒙文书法展”，这是蒙文书法篆刻作品首次个人展。1991年应蒙中友协之邀在蒙古国首都乌兰巴托市举办了“哈斯朝鲁书、画展”并获蒙中友协、蒙古国作家协会、蒙古国团中央颁发的荣誉奖。
1994年在呼和浩特市由内蒙古美协、书协、青联等六单位主办了“哈斯朝鲁书、画、印章展”，该次展览是我区首次集蒙汉文书法、篆刻、中国画、印章艺术作品为一身的个人展。
哈斯朝鲁个人专略先后被收录《中国当代书法家辞典》、《中国当代书画家辞典》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国当代书法大成》等多部专业辞书中，
1993年其蒙文篆刻作品《洒满珍珠的草原》被勒石刻在中国长城黄崖关碑林，向世人永久展示，这是唯一入选的少数民族文字作品。
1999年其中国画《蒙古族新娘》入选全国九届美展，获自治区一等奖。《永恒》重彩画入选中国首届重彩画大展，并获唯一金奖。获自治区首届美术创作神马奖一等奖。先后两次获自治区文学艺术创作最高奖“萨日纳”奖。
2006年9月经国家教育部批准，以访问学者身份赴蒙古国进行为期一年的访问学习，其间，创作了大批书画作品，尤其是创作了《蒙古秘史》回鹘蒙古文书法还原作品。这套15册、长达160米书法巨作为国际蒙古学研究领域填补了一项空白，是一件难得的稀世珍品，并于2006年6月、9月分别在呼和浩特市、乌兰巴托市由内蒙古文联、我国驻内蒙古大使馆、蒙古国美术家协会联合成功主办了“哈斯朝鲁书画展”，获蒙古国“功勋教师”、“成吉思汗勋章”嘉奖。
1989年被评为“全区青年十大书法家”之一称号，1989年被评为“全国优秀教师”称号，1992年被评为“全国青联先进个人”，1995年获“曾宪梓全国教育基金三等奖”。内蒙古自治区政协七、八、九届委员。2000年经国务院批准为享受“政府特殊津贴专家”。2004年被聘为内蒙古政协书画院院士。2005年4月被评为“全区劳模”。

Haschaolu, male, Mongolian, born in 1953 in Siziwang Banner, Inner Mongolia. From 1968 to 1978, educated youth joined the team in ketushumu, Baiyin Dynasty, Siziwang Banner. They were engaged in animal husbandry and private teachers for ten years. From 1978 to 1982, he was admitted to the Department of fine arts of Inner Mongolia Normal University and majored in Chinese painting. After graduating from university in 1982, he was assigned to Wumeng Mongolian normal school for teaching. He joined Jiu San Society in 1987 and transferred to Hohhot Institute of nationalities from 2001 to now. He is now vice president and professor of the Department of fine arts.

Haschaolu is now a member of China Calligrapher Association, China Artists Association, director of heavy color painting Research Association of China Artists Association, director of Inner Mongolia Youth Literature and Artists Association, and member of Inner Mongolia literature and history museum.

Since 1984, it has published, exhibited, published and printed nearly one thousand paintings and calligraphy. Among them, there are more than 30 large-scale professional exhibitions, such as "the Sixth National Art Exhibition", "the first national seal cutting art exhibition", "the first China International Youth Calligraphy Exhibition", "China South Korea Youth Calligraphy joint exhibition", "China Sports Art Exhibition".

In 1987, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the autonomous region, Inner Mongolia Calligraphy Association and Inner Mongolia People's Committee jointly sponsored the "hasschaolu Mongolian calligraphy exhibition", which is the first personal exhibition of Mongolian calligraphy and seal cutting works. In 1991, at the invitation of Mongolia China Friendship Association, he held the "Hass Chaolu calligraphy and painting exhibition" in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, and won the honorary award from Mongolia China Friendship Association, Mongolian Writers Association and the Central Committee of Mongolian League.

In 1994, in Hohhot City, six organizations including Inner Mongolia Art Association, calligraphy association and Youth League organized "hasschaolu calligraphy, painting and seal Exhibition". This exhibition is the first personal exhibition integrating Mongolian and Chinese calligraphy, seal cutting, Chinese painting and seal art works in our district.

Haschaolu personal strategy has been included in many professional dictionaries, such as the dictionary of contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and painters, the directory of contemporary Chinese artists, and the great achievement of contemporary Chinese calligraphy,

In 1993, his Mongolian seal cutting work "prairie full of pearls" was engraved by Leshi in the forest of Steles at Huangyaguan of the great wall of China, which is the only selected ethnic minority works.

In 1999, his Chinese painting "Mongolian bride" was selected into the Ninth National Art Exhibition and won the first prize of the autonomous region. "Eternal" heavy color painting was selected into the first heavy color painting exhibition in China and won the only gold award. Won the first prize of the first art creation God horse award of the autonomous region. He has won the Sarina prize, the highest prize of literature and art creation in the autonomous region, twice in succession.

In September 2006, with the approval of the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China, he went to Mongolia as a visiting scholar for a one-year visit and study. During that time, he created a large number of calligraphy and painting works, especially the Uighur Mongolian calligraphy restoration works of the secret history of Mongolia. This set of 15 volumes and 160 meter long calligraphy has filled a gap in the field of international Mongolian studies. It is a rare treasure. In June and September 2006, the Inner Mongolia Federation of literature and art, the Chinese Embassy in Inner Mongolia, and the Mongolian Artists Association jointly hosted the "hasschaolu calligraphy and painting exhibition" in Hohhot and Ulaanbaatar, respectively, and won the "meritorious teacher" of Mongolia "The order of Genghis Khan".

In 1989, he was honored as one of the "top ten calligraphers of the region's youth", in 1989, as "national excellent teacher", in 1992, as "advanced individual of the National Youth Federation", and in 1995, as "third prize of Zeng Xianzi National Education Fund". Member of the 7th, 8th and 9th CPPCC Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 2000, it was approved by the State Council as an expert enjoying special government allowance. In 2004, he was employed as a member of the Inner Mongolia Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference. In April 2005, he was named "model worker of the whole district".
