张聿光（1885～1968）现代画家、艺术教育家。
字鹤苍头，别号冶欧斋主。
浙江绍兴人。
1904年在上海华美药房画照相布景，同年与京剧革新家夏月润　合作，
在“新舞台”首先设计使用布景，改变了京剧的传统舞台面貌，
为我国早期的舞台美术家。
翌年转往宁波益智堂任图画教师。
1907年回上海，在中国青年　会学堂任图画教员。
1909年至1911年间，在《民呼报》、《民吁报》、《民立报》等报纸上发表漫画，其中包括产生过广泛影响的讽刺袁世凯的作品《袁世　凯骑木马》、《饭桶》等。
是我国最早在报纸上发表政治讽刺画的漫画家之一。
他还为儿童读物作过插图。
1914年秋任上海图画美术院（上海美术专科学校前　身）校长。
1919年参与创办研制生产绘画颜料的上海马利工艺厂。
1928年任上海新华艺术专科学校副校长。
抗日战争时期赴大后方，备历艰苦而作画从未稍　辍，在重庆、成都、昆明等地举行画展。
新中国成立后，被聘为上海中国画院画师。
