赵钧波，字小粟，号山阳。赵钧波山东省乳山市海阳所镇西山赵家村人。曾任乳山市图书馆副馆长、乳山市政协文史资料委员会副主任、乳山市文化局副局长兼乳山市书画院院长等职；现任乳山市人大常委会副主任、乳山市博物馆馆长、冯德英文学馆馆长，文史研究员。在文物考古、书画篆刻等方面都有较高造诣。在本地史研究方面颇有建树，论文《乳山市考古新发现及文化特点概论》《全真道嵛山派的创始人王玉阳行道踪迹初探——兼论其在中国道教史上的历史地位》以很高的学术价值，受到国内外相关专家的重视。
现为中国书法家协会会员、中国道教国际学术研究会理事、中国史地民俗学会会员、山东省考古学会会员、山东省美术家协会会员、乳山市书法家协会名誉主席。
