李琼久，笔名九公，堂号永好堂。四川乐山人。1932年毕业于成都四川美术专科学校，后专攻中国画及书法、金石。自学7年，边临摹、边写生、边探讨、边改进。历任中国美术家协会会员、四川省美协理事、中国四川嘉州画院院长、中国老年书画协会顾问、文化部归国华侨联谊会顾问、“人民日报”神州书画院顾问、乐山市文联顾问、乐山市政协常委。与李道熙简称“乐山二李”。
擅中国画、书法。《达摩图》藏于峨嵋山报国寺佛教会，《瑞雪图》藏于日本山梨县美术馆，《吉德林》、《山鬼》、等多幅藏于中国美术馆。
