茹少军，1959年生于内蒙古，蒙古族，1982年毕业于内蒙古师大美术系．1988年在中央美术学院学习，现为中国美术家协会会员、国家二级美术师，中国民族画院画家，包头市美术家协会副主席，包头美术馆展览部主任。
