王大平（笔名：半耕）：1960年出生，浙江宁波人。毕业于浙江美术学院（中国美院）国画系人物画专业，学士，后又入中国美院研究生班深造。系中国美术家协会会员、浙江美协、人物画研究会理事、宁波市美协常务理事。执教于宁波大学艺术学院。出版作品有《凤凰情》彩绘本、《实力派画家中国画卷王大平》。
