李明晋，1957年生，山东省郓城县人，毕业于山东艺术学院。1974至1976年李集小学任民办教师，1976至1981年山东艺术学院国画系大专学习，1981至1994年山东郓城师范学校美术教师，1994至2003年山东菏泽曹州书画院画师。现为山东省美术家协会会员、山东省画院画师、山东省青年美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师、菏泽市政协委员、曹州书画院专职画家。其绘画以山水为主，兼攻人物和花鸟。
1993年国画山水《山河颂》获北京2000年奥林匹克第一届国际书画艺术
1993年国画山水《太行之秋》获国际“和平杯”书画大展优秀奖。
1997年国画山水《千古太行》获文化部主办的“迎港归”全国书画大展佳作奖
1998年《太行深处风景异》入选中国美协主办的“中亨杯”全国书画大展。并入编“中亨杯”全国书画大展精品集。
1999年《今秋》被北京天安门城楼收藏。
1999年《悠悠黄土情》入选中国美协主办的“中国画三百家”全国大展作品集。
2001年《黄土情》入选中国美协主办的“亚亨杯”、“新世纪”全国书画大展。并入编作品集。
2002年《太行深处风景异》入选中国协主办的“中国西部大地情”全国书画大展，获优秀奖，　并入编“中国西部大地情”全国书画大展精品集。
2003年《戈壁情》入选中国美协主办的“第二届全国中国画”大展，并入编“第二届全国中国画”大展作品集。
2005年《神游西部》入选中国美协会员第二届中国画展。

Li Mingjin, born in 1957 in Yuncheng County, Shandong Province, graduated from Shandong art college. From 1974 to 1976, Li Ji primary school was a private teacher; from 1976 to 1981, he studied in the College of traditional Chinese painting of Shandong Art College; from 1981 to 1994, he was an art teacher of Yuncheng normal school in Shandong Province; from 1994 to 2003, he was an artist of Caozhou calligraphy and Painting Academy in Heze, Shandong Province. Now he is a member of Shandong Artists Association, painter of Shandong Academy of painting, member of Shandong Young Artists Association, national first-class artist, member of Heze CPPCC, and full-time painter of Caozhou Academy of calligraphy and painting. His paintings mainly focus on mountains and rivers, and attack people, flowers and birds.

In 1993, "Ode to mountains and rivers" won the first international painting and calligraphy art of Beijing 2000 Olympic Games

In 1993, "autumn of Taihang", a traditional Chinese painting and landscape, won the outstanding award of international "Peace Cup" calligraphy and painting exhibition.

In 1997, Chinese painting landscape "eternal travel" won the award of "welcome to Hong Kong" national painting and calligraphy exhibition sponsored by the Ministry of culture

In 1998, "the scenery in Taihang" was selected into the "Zhongheng Cup" national painting and calligraphy exhibition sponsored by the China Art Association. And into the "Zhongheng Cup" national calligraphy and painting exhibition collection.

This autumn was collected by Tiananmen tower in Beijing in 1999.

In 1999, "love of long loess" was selected into the "three hundred Chinese paintings" national exhibition works collection sponsored by China Artists Association.

In 2001, huangtuqing was selected into the national calligraphy and painting exhibition of "aheng Cup" and "new century" sponsored by China Art Association. And into a collection of works.

In 2002, Taihang deep landscape was selected into the national calligraphy and painting exhibition of "Western China's land feeling" sponsored by China Association, and won the excellent award, and was included in the national calligraphy and painting exhibition collection of "Western China's land feeling".

In 2003, "the love of the Gobi" was selected into the "second national Chinese painting" exhibition sponsored by China Artists Association, and included in the "second national Chinese painting" exhibition works collection.

In 2005, Shenyou West was selected into the second Chinese painting exhibition of Chinese Artists Association.
