邓二龙（1939——），壮族，广西南宁市人，无党派人士，1939年1月生。受毕业于上海艺专的父亲邓林旭的教诲，自幼喜爱画画。1956年在《中国青年报》发表处女作《说是说，做是做》。1958年高中毕业后曾先后在广西庆祝国庆十周年文艺献礼办公室美术创作组，广西人民出版社，广西文联美协，南宁刺绣厂，南宁市一轻局，南宁市文联美协等单位从事美术编辑，美术设计，美术创作等工作。
从事美术工作五十多年来，在区内外出版连环画（册，篇）30多部，书籍插图10多本，5次在《人民日报》上发表反映壮族人民生活的风情画，8次有作品参加全国美展，10多次参加全区美展。多次在中央级及国内各种报刊杂志上发表过连环画，年画，宣传画，插画，漫画等。
1962年连环画〈刘三姐〉[1]获全国首届连环画评奖绘画三等奖并参加“纪念毛泽东同志在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话”发表20周年全国美术作品展览。1980年连环画《勒肖与壮锦》获全国第二届连环画评奖绘画二等奖并参加了“全国连环画展览”，后收入中国新文艺大系美术卷内。1989年连环画《铜鼓上的花纹》获广西首届少数民族书画大赛金奖，并有《珠还合浦》等作品9次获省级奖。
1985年——1999年在南宁市文联工作期间，分管美术，书法，摄影协会的工作，为广大文艺工作者做协调，组织，服务工作。组织了大量的美术，书法，摄影作品展览，召开各种学术座谈会，组织会员深入生活收集创作素材进行创作。
个人业绩已收编入大型美术辞书《美术辞林》中国现代美术家卷中，并于1990年收录入“中国美术家数据库”。曾被授予广西文艺最高奖“铜鼓奖”（1989年）。被国家民委，中国劳动人事部，中国科协授予在少数民族地区长期从事科技工作的“荣誉证书”（1983年）。2004年被聘为广西文史观研究员。
现为中国美术家协会会员，广西民族书画院院长。历任广西美术家协会第三，四届副主席。
