韩壮，男，1966年10月生，河北邢台人。擅长中国画。1988年毕业于河北师范大学美术系中国画专业。出版有《草原上的金龙》、《涮洋肉》、《牡丹仙子》等连环画、年画。
1998入中央美术学院助教班学习，受到中央美术学院博士生导师陈平的殷切栽培。现任邢台高等师范专科美术系讲师。
作品《夜市》入选第七届全国美展；《大展竞技图》入选第二届全国体育美展，并被国际奥委会收藏；《喜洋洋》入选第八届全国美展；《时梦》入选全国首届中国人物画展。
韩壮自幼习画，家学渊源。其父韩喜增师从杨先让，1982年毕业于中央美术学院研究生班，国家一级美术师，享受国务院特殊津贴。韩壮很小的时候就在父亲的熏陶和指导下学习画画，现任邢台市美术家协会副主席。邢台学院美术系副主任、教授。

1991年，国画『大唐竞技图』入选北京亚运会美术作品展览，并被国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏并永久陈列于瑞士洛桑的国际奥林匹克博物馆。
1994年，国画『喜洋洋』入选第八届全国美术作品展览，获河北省美术作品展览一等奖。
1997年，国画『时梦』入选首届中国人物画作品展览。
2003年，国画『红楼遗梦』入选第五届全国工笔画展，获学术奖。
2007年，国画『水浒人物系列一』入选第三届中国美术家协会会员精品展。
2009年，国画『水浒人物系列三』入选第四届中国美术家协会会员精品展。
2011年，同其父韩喜增共同举办《上.下》韩喜增、韩壮父子作品展。
出版有《草原上的金龙》、《涮洋肉》、《牡丹仙子》等连环画、年画。另有多幅作品被艺术机构收藏。
