在李恩云先生生前的诸多作品中,表现的主题无一例外都是这块热土上常见的生活场景,骆驼和毛驴等动物都是他挥之不去的意象和表现形式。李恩云先生的艺术成就也主要体现在他的水墨骆驼和毛驴上,在同题材作品中,他的水墨骆驼和毛驴已经达到了很高的艺术水准,在中国画这个领域,他创造出属于自己的独特的艺术语言,创作出一个不同凡响的水墨样式。
