邱小玉(1932.2—2008)，别名笑雨、秋枫，江苏阜宁人。著名连环画家。1950年在上海市连环画学习班学习。历任上海美术家协会创作员，《江西画报》干部，江西人民出版社美术编辑，江西人民出版社少儿编辑室负责人。江西连环画艺术委员会会长，其作品能古能今，是江西不多的能创作古典题材连环画的画家.
