柏学玲（1957.7-）笔名白翎，山西汾西人。擅长中国画、壁画、图书设计。1982年毕业于山西大学艺术系美术专业。现任山西人民出版社编审。现为山西省美术家协会理事、中国壁画协会会员、中国包装技术协会设计委员会全国委员。
作品《喜欢冒险的小狮子》及《三晋英杰》分别入选第九、第十届“全国美术作品展”，同获“山西省美术作品展”一等奖。编辑并设计的图书参加第五、第六届“全国书籍装帧艺术展”，获得第十三届中国图书奖、第二届中国优秀艺术图书奖，获得省级以上评奖累计80余项。
