聂仕华，1955年五月出生于湖南长沙，1983年毕业于江西景德镇陶瓷学院美术系雕塑，现任湖南省文联雕塑院创作主任，学术兼职：中国美术家协会会员、中国雕塑学会会员、国家“城市雕塑设计资格证书”持有者、国家二级美术师、湖南省知识分子联谊会理事。

1989年《黑色银角》木雕入选第七届中国美术作品展、获省优秀作品奖
1991年《秋笛》入选第二届中国西湖艺术节（已收藏）
1997年《旋》入选第四届中国体育美术作品展
1997年《文诗溢延河》入选建国七十周年中国美术作品展（获展览奖）
