步云堂主人，1975年生于黑龙江，祖籍河北。中国美术家协会会员，十三岁拜蒙师矫英先生学习中国画，毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院国画系。现师从程振国、张复兴先生。文化部中外文化交流中心中国画创作院画家、导师；北京林业大学国学教育中心学术委员会委员；中国书画家联谊会理事。
