于国成1963年生，著名画家，江苏省盐城市公安局副局长，中国国际文艺家协会国际委员会委员、常务理事兼美术家分会副主席，中国书画家协会理事，江苏省美术家协会会员，江苏省花鸟画研究会会员，江苏省公安文联理事，盐城市美术家协会理事。研究画虎20多年，博采众家之长，逐渐形成独特的个人画法。作品参加江苏省花鸟画展、中国美术家协会主办的“2008、2009年全国中国画展”等，并被多家刊物发表和海内外人士收藏。1998年举办个人画展。
