韩福江，1969年生于河北省沧县。现为全国青联委员，中国美术家协会会员，中国书会员法家协会员，河北省美术家协会理事。
其作品多次参加中国美协、文化部举办的美术作品展览，其中《回眸》获全第二届少数民族美术作品展铜奖，《一方热土》获2002年全国中国画作品展优秀作品奖，《绿野》参加第二届全国美术“金彩奖”作品展，《丛生》获第一届国际造型艺术大会“美术特展”银奖，《青青河畔草》参加首届中国北京国际双年展“全国当代花鸟画大展”，《渐江的秋》获2004年全国中国画提名展提名奖，《秋情》获“大湖情”全国中国画提名展优秀作品奖。《雾晨》参加2006年全国百名画家提名展，《秋歌》获纪念抗日战争胜利60周年全国中国画作品展铜奖。
