潘潇漾，1984年生于河南开封，2007年7月毕业于中国美术学院中国画系山水专业，获文学学士学位；2010年7月毕业于中国美术学院中国画系山水专业，获文学硕士学位；2010年9月入浙江画院进行创作研究。现为三级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，浙江省陆俨少艺术研究会会员，浙江画院山水工作室研究员。
