黄健生，字乐中，号半痴山人、涤尘居士。广东揭阳人。广州美术学院中国画系研究生毕业、中国美术家协会会员、中国文艺志愿者协会会员、广州画院特聘画家、广东省文艺评论家协会会员、广东省楹联学会会员、广东人文艺术研究会理事、广州市美术家协会副主席、广州市书法家协会理事、现任广州城职关山月中国画学院院长。
2008年，《南海I号出浴图》入选全国美术大展并被广东美术馆收藏;
2009年，大型国画《浪逐飞舟》入选第七届全国体育美展;
2009年，《济沧海》参加世界潮人美术展，并被广东美术家协会艺术中心收藏;
2010年，《水乡夕韵》获广东省岭南美术大展铜奖;
2010年，《大海的呼唤》参加广东、台湾“两岸情”交流展;
入选全国、省级展览作品的还有《梦溪》、《南沙水乡》、《问天》、《小康生活》、《雅韵广州》、《山月》、《岭南春晓》、《大海欢歌》等。
2010年参加广州市艺术家访问团访问加拿大，庆贺广州市与温哥华结为“姐妹城”二十五周年并进行艺术交流。
2011年岭南美术出版社出版《黄健生中国画集》、2015年岭南美术出版社出版《广州美协主席团——黄健生》画集、2017年岭南美术出版社出版艺术随笔《不要把跑调当创新》（20万字）
