1986年进中央美术学院深造。现为湖北美术家协会会员，广东省文化协会副秘书长，国际美术家联合会理事，广东省海外交流联谊会会员，专业画家。曾出版《程惠钊画选》、《程惠钊仕女系列》、《古情悠悠》等多部画册。1995年《春夏秋冬》日本广岛村上美术馆收藏、获奖1996年《春江花月》等十幅国画，日本大阪展出、收藏1996年十月《古乐系列图》50件，台北国父纪念馆、二人联展1997年12月《醉春》等啊哈10余件作品，广东顺德博物馆、二人联展1998年10月《清水出芙蓉》韩国“韩中优秀作家选拔交流展”、获奖1999年3月《红颜照秋水》获美国“第三届国际书画金鹅奖”大展铜奖2000年6月《醉香图》入选“澳洲东方美术馆藏品展”优秀奖2000年版10月《莲卧观音》等50件作品，第二次赴台北举办个展2001年2月《古乐系列》等40余幅作品，广东顺德天任美术馆，个展2001年3月《古仕女系列》等30余幅作品，广东增城天缘艺术中心，个展2002年2月《闲花淡淡春》等20余幅作品赴马尼拉举办画展
