邢港霞1959年出生于大连，河北省平山人。1986年毕业于西安美术学院中国画系人物专业，获艺术学学士学位。1992年结业于中央美术学院中国画系人物专业。2002年清华大学访问学者。2003年法国国际艺术城访问学者。广州大学美术与设计学院副教授、硕士研究生导师。广东省高校美术与设计协会中国画艺委会学术委员。广东省美术家协会会员、广州市美术家协会中国画艺委会学术委员、人物画专业委员会副主任。
