字亏人，1964年出生于内蒙古包头市，祖籍山东。现为内蒙古美术家协会会员。1982年应征入伍，并特派到中国人民解放军艺术学院学习，从师王天胜先生。
其作品曾在《内蒙古优秀青年作品》和《毛泽东诞辰100周年名人名家》画展中获奖，300余幅作品曾在《内蒙古日报》、《包头日报》、《中国书画报》等报刊刊载。其作品笔墨酣畅，注重章法，形成浑厚、凝重、俊逸的个人风格，特别是写意骆驼，尽显其风骨气傲，被画界称为“邵骆驼”。他的多幅作品被日本、美国、韩国、新加坡等国际友人收藏。
