周洪芳，笔名宏子，满族，国家二级美术师。毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术系，结业于中国文化部重彩画高研班。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国石油美术家协会会员，中国石油美术家协会常务理事，民进大庆书画院副院长，大庆油田文联书法美术家协会副主席。
2000年，国画《玉洁冰清》获全国第六届年画大展铜奖；国画《福临门》入选全国第六届年画大展并选作全国第六届年画大展光碟封面；国画《和平之春》入选全国“民族魂国土情”中国画大展并被收藏出版。
2001年，国画《油城交响》获黑龙江省建党八十周年美术大展优秀奖，北京“城建杯”全国美术大展获银奖。
2002年，国画《躬耕》参加“西部大地情”全国中国画大展获优秀奖。
2003年，作品《晨》入选黑龙江省第三届花鸟画大展；作品《野渡无人舟自横》入选全国首届粉画展并被出版收藏。
2004年，作品《穿越》参加“西气东输”美术大展获银奖；《爱在深秋》参加建党八十周年美术大展获金奖。
2007年，岩彩画作品《真情永恒》发表于东方岩彩；作品《风飞雪》参加第五届中国石油文化大赛获银奖。
2008年，作品《交响》参加黑龙江省第三届岩彩画大展获银奖。
2009年，作品《岁月》在大庆油田开发50周年书法美术大展中获金奖；作品《圣洁》在大庆“三八”妇女节成立100周年美术大展中获一等奖。
