马国章，青海省西宁市人，青海美术家协会理事、青海书画院画师、西宁画院特聘画师。
1993年以来多幅作品先后参加国内外各类美术作品展，并多次获奖。2004年4月举办“马国章山水画展”并出版《马国章山水画集》，2010年3月结业于中国艺术研究院第三届研究生课程山水班。2012年山水画作品在“西部大地情”美展中获奖，并入“翰墨新象”中国画作品展。
受教于我国当代著名画家满维起、张复兴、白云乡、曾先国等。作品多以西部浩瀚、雄伟的自然环境和悠久而奇特的地域风情为创作的理念和思路。师法自然、深入生活，以中国西部尤其是青藏高原作为创作题材，努力地反映西部山水神奇而博大的精神。
