赵蓓蕾，女，中央美术学院中国画系花鸟画专业硕士研究生。黑龙江省文化厅艺术研究所国家二级美术师，黑龙江省美协美术理论专业委员会学术秘书。
她创作的工笔花鸟画《悠》在中央美术学院2006中国画系硕士研究生毕业作品展上被全国顶级画家及理论家评为银奖。并被中央美术学院美术馆有价收藏陈列，这个成就在我省还尚属首次，她的毕业论文《笔墨虚灵写禅意———线条在虚谷绘画中的地位及其艺术特色》被评为优秀论文，她的美术作品、论文、评论曾多次参展、发表及获奖。
2001年6月21日，雕塑《追忆》在《建党80周年黑龙江美术作品展》中荣获银奖。
2002年12月20日，论文《初探龙江剪纸艺术———黑龙江的民间剪纸》在黑龙江省艺术学会第三届社会科学优秀科研成果获二等奖。
2003年9月，国画《长白景观》入选中国美术家协会举办海潮杯中国画大展。
2003年5月23日，作品《追忆》被黑龙江省文艺精品工程奖组委会评为2000-2001年度黑龙江省第二届文艺精品工程二等奖。
2004年8月，雕塑作品《古风》入选《第十届全国美术作品展》。
2005年9月，两幅中国画入选《花鸟画名家临摹与创作》。
2006年5月，作品《申》发表于《中央美术学院造型学院“孔子·我问”06毕业生优秀作品展》。
