范林佳，原名范凤清，生于湖北安陆市，她毕业于湖北美术学院。结业于国家画院唐秀铃现代工笔重彩高研班。现为中国扇子书画协会会员、中国画家协会会员、书画网总编、江苏省书画印社理事，北京琉璃厂画院画家。
????范林佳自幼酷爱绘画，注重观察自然，深入生活大量写生。其作品清新、典雅、艳丽、洒脱，笔墨气韵生动，神形兼备。作品《牡丹》入选全国美展，《晚香》获第二届中国扇子书画协会三等奖，多幅作品被国内外美术馆收藏。
