何双平，男，1964年2月生于甘肃西和，毕业于西北师范大学美术系国画专业，2005年就读于中国美术家协会首届花鸟画创作高研班张立辰、何水法、霍春阳、郭怡琮工作室，2011就读于清华大学李翔现代中国画工作室，作品曾多次在《美术大观》、《中国画家》、《中国书画》、《中国花鸟画》、《中国书画报》、《九州书画报》、《艺术与收藏》等报刊发表，现为中国美术家协会会员。
