黄纯尧画作

生于成都，1947年毕业于前国立中央大学艺术系，师承徐悲鸿、黄君璧、谢稚柳、傅抱石、陈之佛诸先生。中国美协会员、中华名人协会会员。曾任南京师大美术系教授、江苏美协副秘书长、常务理事。离休后回成都任四川教育学院美术系教授、兼任四川大学教授、上海铁道大学顾问教授、中国诗书画研究院院士、四川省政协书画院名誉院长、四川省文史馆馆员、四川省诗书画院艺术顾问、成都画院顾问、徐悲鸿国际艺术研究会副主席，张大千、徐悲鸿国际研究院副院长。
长期从事中国画史教学与研究，同时进行山水画创作。重视写生，跋涉过大半个中国，可谓踏遍苍山，搜尽奇峰。曾21次(单程)过三峡，画逾2500张，雄秀兼备，雅俗共赏，诗书画结合，被誉为“黄三峡”。自创“一笔到底”画法，散毫取势，积墨醒提，融天趣、笔趣、墨趣为一体。所画山石，结构真实，变化自然；破笔点树点竹，别开生面；画云水尤为生动；画云尽缥缈飞腾之态，画水或平流如镜或急浪奔流，皆得神韵。他的画被评为得黄君璧先生之骨，得傅抱石先生之势，得谢稚柳先生之秀，得徐悲鸿先生之严。但更重要的是他有师承而不囿于成法，以自然为师而不泥于外象；又善融西法，洋为中用；因而他的画堪称独具风格。著名鉴赏家启功教授说“黄纯尧是一位真正的，成熟的、勤奋有为山水画家。”著名美术理论家洪毅然教授说“黄纯尧的画神形意兼备；诗书画结合。”
作品曾两次参加全国美展，多次参加出国展览，并在京、沪、穗、深、成、渝、宁等地举行个展，在南京、台北举行三人联展，均获好评。部份作品被国内博物馆、美术馆及英国伦敦博物馆、日本文部省、日本奈良美术馆及美国前总统尼克松先生、布什先生收藏。
出版《黄纯尧画选》、《黄纯尧画集》、《黄纯尧山水画集》、《黄纯尧山水百图集》、《三峡系列》、《黄山系列》、《黄纯尧题画诗稿》，发表论文《顾恺之画论研究》等。小传被收入《中国现代美术家人名辞典》、《中国当代国画家辞典》、《中国美术家人名辞典》、日本《中国现代书画篆刻家名鉴》、《世界华人美术名家年鉴》、《中国当代艺术界名人》、《世界当代书画篆刻家大辞典》、英国《国际人物传记辞典》、《90年国际人物系列》、美国《世界名人录》、《十年来世界名人录》、《25年来世界500杰出人物》、《500杰出专家》等多种辞典。获美国传记学会杰出人物奖，中外16个书画团体联合授予世界书画艺术名人称号，《中国书画报》等授予当代百名优秀文艺家称号。获国际美术家联合会学术编委会银奖。
