郝庆田，生于辽宁海城市.
中国美术家协会会员，中国国际收藏协会书画委员会副主席，中国艺术家学部委员会理事，海城市美术协会名誉主席.多年致力于界画研究与创作.在中国文联，中国美协举办的展赛中22次入选，其中14次获奖.
曾获海城市委市政府繁荣文艺事业突出贡献奖.被中国ISQ认证委员会评为著名级美术家.代表作品:<<圆明园百景图卷>>(百米长卷)<<金街王府井>>(11米长卷)。
