字克平，笔名汇波，浙江宁波人。擅长中国画。1963年中央工艺美术学院毕业，1982年在中国画研究院首届人物画研究班进修。现为山东艺术学院教授、山东圣邦美术院研究员、中国美术家协会会员、山东省美术专业职称高级评委会评委、山东女画家协会副主席、山东金秋书画院副院长。
作品有《给咱添花》、《同饮幸福水》、《拳友》、《流水寄深情》、《女诗人赵慈》、《贵妃醉酒》等。出版有《工笔人物画技法》、《李明媚人物画选》、《李明媚传统人物画专辑》等。
