翟启纲，　贵州画院专职画家　，1960年生于贵阳，祖籍河北南宫。中国美术家协会会员、中国工艺美术学会理事、贵州省美术家协会理事、贵州省美协中国画艺委会副主任、贵州省国画院创作室主任、国家一级美术师。
作品入选第七、八、九、十届全国美展、曾获“中华杯”全国中国画大赛三等奖、“黎昌杯”全国青年国画年展二等奖等多项全国性奖励；２０００年贵州中国画学术邀请展“学术一等奖”等多项省级奖励。作品被中国美术馆、国务院办公厅、中国画研究会、联合国环发大会等部门和个人收藏。
