中国美术家协会会员徐能海（1940.3—） 笔名瀛海，浙江人。擅长绘画。1959年毕业于浙江舟山师范学校，后从事中学美术教育工作。1989年调入象山县文化馆任馆长，象山县美协主席、县书画院院长。
