崔一鹗(1939.8—)又名南岳第一峰人，湖南衡南人。擅长中国画。1982年至1984年，研修于中央美术学院国画系，受教于蒋兆和、叶浅予、刘勃舒、卢沉等著名国画大师。1980年至1994年，任湖南衡阳师范学院中国画教研室主任，1997年至今担任深圳大学中国画、书法等课程的教学工作。现为国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、中国国画家协会培训中心教授、衡阳师范学院客座教授、深圳市福田区美术家协会副主席。作品有《革命情谊一线连》、《春思》、《肝胆相照》等。
崔一鹗家学渊源，国学功底深厚。其书法作品，追秦汉古厚，晋人风骨。以画入书，笔力遒劲，朴厚奇拙，颇饶隶篆风韵，格调高雅，自成一家。在中国画领域造诣颇深，擅国画写意山水、花鸟。人物画亦超逸生动，功底不凡。他对传统有较深的理解，笔墨的掌握炉火纯青，匠心独运，出神入化。亲聆当今诸多国画大师的教诲，融会东西，聚合南北，将西方印象派的色彩和现代绘画的构成原理、方法与中国传统审美理念进行了有机的融合。耳顺之年，集中国画大写意之精髓，对传统更有着独特的感悟和研究。纵观其作品，大气磅礴又诗意盎然，气运流贯、潇洒灵动的艺术效果，尤有摄魂夺魄的心灵震撼，达到了物我两忘、神与物游的境界，彰显了深厚的学养与坚毅的品格，赋予了中国画新的时代风范，深得书画同道和收藏家的赞誉。

2004年，为纪念邓小平诞辰100周年美术作品展览创作的《夹翅觉明》、 《满堂红花》、 (马峦飞瀑》三幅国画获得普遍赞誉；《清幽漓江》等9幅作品入选中国邮政明信片《中国书画百杰系列》；《南岳麻姑仙境》山水画，入选《南岳情书画集》；大型画册《中国写生作品集》入选12幅国画和素描。
崔一鹗的作品多次参加全国性大展并获奖，其学术成就收编于10余部名人典籍，部分美术作品被美国、法国、新加坡、日本、台湾、港澳等国家和地区的友人和艺术机构收藏。
