龚华娅，女，重庆市人，朝鲜族，生于1952年6月。毕业于湖北大学中文系，1991年入湖北美术学院中国画系进修两年结业，1998年入文化部科技教育司主办的首届中国重彩画高级研究班结业。中国诗书画研究院美术研究员，武汉市群众艺术馆副研究员，中国美术家协会会员。
作品和论文多次入录国家级刊物及大型画集。1995作品《幽窗》入选由文化部主办的“第匹次世界妇女大会中国女美术家作品展览”。作品《风和日暖》入选由文化部主办的“迎接’97香港回归中国书画作品大奖赛”，评为银奖。作品《春秋赋》入选由文化部主办的全国“第八届群星奖”。作品《馨》入选由文化部、中国美协主办的“第九届全国美术作品展览”。作品《春秋岁月》入选由中国美协主办的“中国画三百家作品展览”。作品《满阶芳草绿》入选中国美协主办的“庆祝建国五十周年暨迎接澳门回归全国诗人、书法家、画家作品展览”，评为优秀奖。作品《美餐》入选由中国美协主办的“迎接新世纪中国工笔画展”。作品《春庭自闲》、《醉花荫》，《满街芳草绿》入选中国美协主办的“第十四届新人新作展”。发表论文《重彩画的融合与发展》、《谈儿童彩墨画的教学》。
