郑生意，男，1962年生人，汉族，黑龙江人。擅长中国画。自幼从师学习绘画，后专攻中国工笔画创作。现在黑龙江肇东市文联工作。作品《夏荫》获全国首届中国花鸟画展优秀奖；《塞外荒原》入选世界华人书画作品展；《荒原之恋》获第四届当代中国工笔画大展铜奖；《大荒》入选中国画三百家作品展；《萌春》由中国美术馆收藏。
作品先后赴新加坡、日本、美国、俄罗斯、加拿大、法国等二十几个国家展览，几百幅作品被国际友人收藏，几十幅作品被中国美术馆、中国艺术研究院、中国文联艺术中心、中南海紫光阁、国务院礼堂等多家单位收藏。
1992年受到黑龙江省文联、黑龙江省美术家协会的表彰。《月光曲》等几十幅作品被《中国画》、《人民日报》等几十家报刊发表。艺术传略收入《世界名人录》、《世界美术家传略》、《世界杰出华人艺术家》等二十几部辞书，并出版《郑生意画集》、《当代最具学术价值与市场潜力画家作品集》。
1990年《秋风》荣获“第十一届亚洲运动会书画扇面艺术大奖赛”一等奖。
