山东德州人，1959年出生。北京画院袁武工作室画家，清华大学美术创作高研班结业，中国美术家协会会员，山东德州市美协副主席，德州学院美术系特聘教授。
主要艺术成就：
1982年，作品《希望》，入选中国美协画展，获铜奖。1999年，作品《凋羽》，参加中国第九届全国美展。同时获得山东展区山东省一等奖。
2001年，作品《父与子》参加中国第十五届全国新人新作展。2003年，作品《蒙山脚下》，参加中国“纪念毛泽东同志在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话发表60周年”全国美展，获山东展区铜奖。2006年，国画《惊蛰》参加中国“纪念红军长征胜利七十周年”全国中国画展，获得优秀奖——此次展览最高奖项。同时被中国美术家协会收藏。2006年，国画《霜降》获“固德杯”全国书画展唯一绘画一等奖。2008年，国画《清秋》参加第六届海峡两岸书画大展被评为“中国书画五百强”荣获优秀奖。
2011年3月，国画《家园》入选全国第六届中国美协会员精品展。2011年7月，国画《上大梁》荣获“庆祝中国共产党建党90周年”全国新华书画首届大展铜奖。2012年2月，被评为21世纪中国百位最具收藏价值与升值潜力的中国人物画家。
