池颖欣(1969.5—)女，黑龙江肇东人。自幼从父国画家池春举先生习画，擅长国画。曾任肇东装潢广告公司设计员。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国田园画会副主席、中国女画家协会理事、黑龙江省美术家协会会员、肇东市美术家协会主席、肇东市国画艺术研究院院长、肇东国画院秘书长、一级美术师。门户《东北文艺网》等网站写日志，作品很受网友和业界欢迎。作品曾在20多个国家和地区展出、获奖，并被美术馆、博物馆收藏。近年来分别在苏州、扬州、宜兴、天水、武威、敦煌、乌鲁木齐、北京、广州等地举办个人画展。2010—2011被评为神州书画报主办的中国书画年度人物。2012—2013年被评为神州书画报主办的中国最具学术实力与收藏价值国画家年度人物。出版有个人画集四种。
作品《夏荫》入选全国首届中国花鸟画展，《觅》、《春思》、《无风时节》入选第九次新人新作展，《绿荫》入选第二届中国花鸟画展。
