1959年生于江苏省苏州市。现为中国美术家协会会员、江苏省美术家协会花鸟画艺术委员会会员、江苏省花鸟画研究会常务理事、苏州市花鸟画研究会副会长兼秘书长、苏州市美术家协会理事。任职于苏州工艺美术职业技术学院，苏州市政协委员。
