王正平，1968年生，安徽池州人。中国美术家协会会员、中国金融美协副主席、中国农业银行美协主席，现供职北京中国农业银行总行。2003年入北京画院进修，师从杨延文先生，作品十多次参加中国美协主办的全国展览、并多次获奖，作品并被北京人民大会堂、刚果共和国总统、越南总理及多国政要收藏。
