林任菁，(1968.1—)女，福建漳州人。先后毕业于福建工艺美术学校绘画专业和福建师大美术系，曾深造于浙江美术学院国画系花鸟画专业和中央美术学院国画系郭怡宗花鸟画创作高研班。
现为福建省画院专业画家，国家二级美术师，中国美术家协会会员。作品曾多次入选全国性大型美展并在《美术》等刊物上发表。1993年在台北举办的“李淑华，林任菁工笔画展”，1995年作品入选“世界女艺术家作品展”，1996年在台北国父纪念馆举办“林任菁工笔画展”，1997年被中国文联评为“97中国画坛百杰”，98年获“福建省第二届百花文艺奖”三等奖，2000年获“2000年全国中国画展”金奖，2001年作品入选“1901-2000百年中国画大展”，作品《踏秋》获2000年全国中国画展金奖并入选“百年中国画展”，2003年获“福建省第四届百花文艺奖”二等奖，2006年获中国画家提名展优秀作品奖，作品被国务院紫光阁，台湾国父纪念馆收藏，出版有《李淑华，林任菁合集》，《百杰画家----林任菁作品精选》。
