郑伊农(1934-)，真名郑宛溪，安徽宣城人。擅长中国画。1956年毕业于华东艺专美术系。1960年考入北京中国画院研究班，得到吴镜汀、关松房等名家的指点，系统学习了宋、元、明、清朝传统国画技法，山水画创作不断推陈出新。他对家乡的“新安画派”情有独钟，极力推崇并自任新安画院院长。曾在北京画院进修国画。
历任安徽省群众艺术馆、省美术家协会创作员，安徽省书法家协会副秘书长。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级画师。1996年被聘为安徽省文史研究馆名誉馆员。
出版有个人山水画册。作品有《空谷传声》、《红遍山原》、《化作银河落九天》等。
