马红霞，女，回族，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，银川市文联副主席，银川市美术家协会副主席，政协银川市第十一、十二、十三届委员，银川书画院画家。作品多次入选全国展览并获奖。作品《流水花开》入选全国第二届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展；《穆斯林扇》荣获第七届全国少数民族传统体育美术作品展览优秀奖；《青春的旋律》入选第四届中国体育美展。作品入编《第二届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展》，多次被宁夏美术家协会授予“优秀美术家”和杰出美术家的称号，并荣获银川市政府“文学艺术突出贡献奖”等。
