王加林，1945年出生，河北丰润人，中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员、河北美术家协会名誉主席、省人大常委会原副主任，师从著名画家赵贵德，主攻花鸟，尤擅画梅、荷，他创作的花非花、山非山，以字造势，以花和山造像，以色彩造神，创造自己的绘画语言和物象表达符号。近年来，他又进行陶瓷绘画的研究和创作，组织百名画家陶瓷艺术创作活动，个人先后创作了200多件艺术陶瓷作品。
出版著作有《花非花山非山——王加林绘画作品集》《书画艺品》《百名画家陶瓷艺术精品集》《畅怀瓷——王加林陶瓷艺术精品集》《诗百首》《生活的回声》等。
