崔逢春，1963年生于乌鲁木齐。中国书法家协会会员、新疆美术家协会教育委员会常务副主任、新疆美术家协会理事、新疆书法家协会教育委员会副主任。乌鲁木齐市首届道德模范、新疆国画院花鸟画创作室主任、自治区党委组织部新疆干部学院客座教授、新疆旅游宣传大使、新疆教育学会书法专业委员会常务理事。编写的《怎样画小鸡》、《写意瓜果》、《怎样画葡萄》入编由教育部审定、人民美术出版社出版的全国美术教科书（新疆地方版）四年级下册、五年级上册、九年级上册。
