高永胜，1967年生于吉林省长春市。
1992年毕业于东北师大美术系中国画专业获学士学位。
现任职深圳市南山区教育局教育科学研究中心美术教研员。深圳南山画院专职画家。美术作品多次参加全国、省、市各级美展，美术作品及各类文章发表200余篇幅。2002年出版《高永胜画集》；入选2005年卷、2006年卷、2007年卷、2008年年卷大型文献丛书《中国当代艺术》；2009年10篇幅《国粹》大写意系列人物作品、评论文章入选大型画典《中国水墨60年》。高永胜近期的中国画作品《国粹》系列开创了中国当代水墨的全新型态，传统与现代的完美结合，具有“开宗立派”的风神面貌，在中国当代艺术领域独辟蹊径、特立独行，是中国画代表性年轻艺术家。
