宗者拉杰，藏族，1951年12月生，青海循化人，高级工艺美术师，工艺美术大师，青海省政协委员，《中国藏族文化艺术彩绘大观》创意人，系中国美术家协会会员，青海省文史研究馆馆员、青海省美术家协会副主席，西北民族大学美术学院客座教授，青海省藏学会理事。
1972年参加工作，自工作以来在著名藏族画家更藏等大师的指导下，主要从事雕塑、绘画、热贡艺术等多种艺术门类的研究工作，并在长期的工作实践中创作了许多具有代表性的艺术作品，绘画作品《意乐仙女》被收藏悬挂在全国政协礼堂；作品“吉祥宝瓶”在十一届亚运会、首届全国民族百花美术作品展上展出；1993年中国西部民族风俗画展上和中国艺术界名人作品展示会上多件绘画作品分别获大奖；反映我国改革开放题材的绘画作品《幸福之歌》在北京展出并被收藏。为此被前国家主席江泽民授予“利在当代，功在千秋”的题词，同时还是分别获得了由赵朴初、巴金、曹禺等30位著名人士联合签名的荣誉证书和国际美术家联合会、世界书画家协会颁发的世界书画家名人证书。
