杜平(1961.7—)新疆乌鲁木齐人。擅长装潢美术。1983年毕业于中央工艺美术学院装潢美术系书籍艺术专业。现任新疆艺术学院美术系工艺美术教研室主任。插图《鹰笛》、《樵夫的女儿》分别入选第六、七届全国美展，《樵夫的女儿》同时入选全国优秀插图作品展，封面设计曾获全国评比三等奖。水墨画《古城》、《古老的村落》。论文有《论封面设计的几个要素》。
