张伟民画作

浙江杭州人，1955年生。1978年就读于中央工艺美术学院设计专业，1984年毕业于浙江美术学院中国画系花鸟画专业，获学士学位，同年任西泠印社书画编辑。1986年考入浙江美术学院中国画系攻读工笔花鸟画研究生，1989年毕业获硕士学位。后任浙江省二轻工业设计学校艺术教研室主任、副校长、副教授。1996年入浙江画院任专职画师。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，浙江省花鸟画家协会副秘书长。

长期从事工笔花鸟画创作，作品先后参加第六届、第七届、第九届全国美展，以及全国首届中国画大展、国际水墨画大展、中国画坛"百杰"作品展等全国性美展；曾获得全国美展优秀奖、杭州市美展一等奖、浙江省金奖等。1997年被中国文联、中国美术家协会授予"'97中国画坛百杰"称号。

著有中国历代名画临摹技法系列《雪树寒禽图》与《双喜图》，名家技法画谱丛书《张大千画荷》，美术技法丛书《工笔花鸟画入门》、《中国高等艺术院校绘画艺术·工笔花鸟画技法大全》、《中国工笔花鸟画画法图解》等。作品入编《当代工笔精英画家选集》。所撰《中国工笔花鸟画技法》曾在《中国书画报》连载；工笔花鸟画作品曾在《美术报》、《文艺报》、《美术》、《新美术》等专业报刊与《浙江日报》、《浙江画报》等报刊上刊登和介绍。
