辛华泉，清华大学美术学院教授。1936年生于河北省徐水县。1966年毕业于中央工艺美术学院建筑装饰美术系。1973年任北京市建筑设计院研究室技术员。

Xin Huaquan, tsinghua university academy of fine arts is taught. Was born at Heibei to save Xu water county 1936. Was graduated from institute of central arts and crafts to build adornment art department 1966. Held the post of Beijing to build technician of designing institute lab 1973. Transferred into faculty of art of industry of institute of central arts and crafts teachs in January 1976, emeritus in December 1998. Aesthetic of colorful society technology divides industry of conference director, institution of higher learing to design institutional director, Heilongjiang save art to design association adviser in Ceng Ren. Obtain Chinese industry to design association lifelong and honorary award.
